چکیده
Abstract: In this paper we show that there are applications that transform the movement of a pendulum into movements in R3. This can be done using Euler top system of differential equations. On the constant level surfaces, Euler top system reduces to the equation of a pendulum. Those properties are also considered in the case of system of differential equations with delay argument and in the fractional case. Another aspect presented here is stochastic Euler top system of differential equations and stochastic pendulum.

In this paper, we present an extension of λμ-calculus called λμcalculus which has the following properties: subject reduction, strong normalization, unicity of the representation of data and thus confluence only on data types. This calculus allows also to program the parallel-or.

Characteristic points have been a primary tool in the study of a generating function defined by a single recursive equation. We investigate the proper way to adapt this tool when working with multi-equation recursive systems.

In this paper some new cases of Knaster's problem on continuous maps from spheres are established. In particular, we consider an almost orbit of a p-torus X on the sphere, a continuous map f from the sphere to the real line or real plane, and show that X can be rotated so that f becomes constant on X.

We study blowups of affine n-space with center an arbitrary monomial ideal and call monomial ideals that render smooth blowups tame ideals. We give a combinatorial criterion to decide whether the blowup is smooth and apply this criterion to discuss a smoothing procedure proposed by Rosenberg, monomial building sets and permutohedra.
